WASHINGTON GROUP INTERNATIONAL-CENTRAL PLAZA * To remove 18 and reinstall with Q.R. SSP with the relocation of 10 head sprinklers for the remodel of a 1,984-ft/2 existing office area located in the basement. This fire sprinkler work is associated with the removal of a nonbearing partition that separates two office areas, which creates one open office, the construction of new interior partitions to create a 195-ft/2 private office area within the same room and the relocation of existing lights and reuse of suspended ceiling system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
