Fire alarm system tested out fine. Two (2) duct detectors are installed incorrectly and need to be relocated. The duct detectors will need to be installed per the manufacturer's installation details and NFPA 72, 5.14.5. Re-inspection of the duct detectors, location, sampling tube orientation and testing will be required prior to 72 completion form signed and this permit finaled.
