Some items on previous correction notice dated 11/10/05 have not been completed including the missing escutcheon at the womens restroom lobby area, missing coverage at the roof hatch. Two heads in the east projection room are spaced incorrectly for min. spacing, no access to storage room next to managers office for OH spacing verification. Plans have been resubmitted for OH spacing at the projection rooms, however an alternate agreement for "no storage allowed" has been accepted in lieu of sprinkler modifications.
Miscellaneous action  3/3/2006 DONE
The light hazard design within the two projection rooms has been approved by Sam Rogers and Dave Hanneman, subject to the condition that the rooms will not be used for any storage except the in-use storage of film in shipping canisters on grated metal shelf racks and for no other uses except the fixed projection equipment. Signs are to be posted on the doors leading to these rooms and in the rooms stating "NO STORAGE ALLOWED IN PROJECTION ROOM" Dave Hanneman will have a fire inspector make periodic unannounced inspections to verify. If these conditions are not maintained, sprinkler re-design will be required.
