MICRON BUILDING #2 AND #3 - FAB 1A REMODEL MECHANICAL ROOM FOR XT1400 SCANNER SUPPORT EQUIPMENT - To add 3 fire sprinklers for a new 180-ft/2 equipment mechanical room to support the installation of the new XT1400 Scanner. Fire sprinkler work is related to acoustical suspended ceiling and air duct obstruction. This work is being done at the second floor of Building #2 between grid lines 11 & 12 and C & D. Other work is being done (under the building permit) on the first floor of Building #2, in Photo Bay 9, between grid lines 10 & 11 and B & D and first floor of Building #3 between grids 10 & 11 and C & D which does not include or affect any fire modification/addition. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
