Description	KEYNETICS OFFICE (SHELL & CORE) - To install underground and overhead, Ordinary Group 1 and Light Hazard wet system with an extended supervised, electric pneumatic release, double interlock preaction system for a small area on the second floor, in a new 27,958-ft/2, three story, metal frame, exterior walled, concrete floored, metal roof decked, with a roof top mechanical equipment structure. Each floor is approximately 9,172-ft/2 with interior CMU walls around restrooms and stair enclosures. This building is fully fire sprinklered for story and area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02409. *November 7, 2005 - Modification to a design submitted for demo existing wet pipe protection in the electrical room directly beneath the 2nd floor computer room.

The working plan submittal shall include the manufacturer's installation instructions/information for any specialty equipment, including descriptions, applications, and limitations, devices, etc. Provide data submittal on the manufacturers "electric risers" (if applicable), with model identified and referenced. If not incorporating this electric type risers, provide clearer details of a typical floor zone control incorporating in this building which includes all required devices and appurtenance.
