Description	Fire alarm permit FIR04-00658 (shell and core) must be completed prior to occupancy for this permit (FIR05-00229). To provide a new NAC extender panel (located 3rd floor east corridor), total notification and six (6) duct smoke detectors and relay modules for HVAC shutdown to the new TI space located on the third floor. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout. The associated building permit (BLD 05-01283) is to construct a 3,997 square foot office tenant space located on the 3rd story of an existing 6 story building. A non-rated common corridor will also be constructed. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
