THE JEWEL (RETAIL SHELL) - To install approximately 208'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC, form a tap in the north east parking lot south of Cole, running south, around the east side of the building and west into a fire sprinkler riser room located on the south central side of the proposed structure, up through the floor approximately 6" with a transition fitting and blank flange. This fire service supply is for the fire protection in a new 11,940-ft/2, one story, wood framed, retail shell building. Separate permit required for the overhead shell system. This fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00424.
