BIGLOW TEA CO * To remove 1 and add 1, and cap off 2 separate mechanical tee's located in an existing office and reconnect the remaining existing with the new line sprinklers w/added drain to a new 1ΒΌ" mechanical tee connected to the existing 3" main, located in the office to the north of the office where the wall are being removed. This fire sprinkler work appears to be related to walls being removed from an existing office. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to a building permit.
