INSURANCE NETWORK AMERICA OFFICE BUILDING - To install approximately 70'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC underground fire service main, connected in the east side of David Lane, running west approximately 90'-0" then 90° north approximately 10'-0", under the outside wall footing and up approximately 6" through the finished floor of a "Storage Room" with 6" Ductile Iron, with a 6" X 9½" M.J. adapter and blank flange. This fire service supply is for fire sprinkler protection in a new 7,800-ft/2, one story wood framed office building. The underground fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-01669.
