The pull station installed does not match submittals and is mounted too high, provide lock at breaker to FACP, two smoke alarms are installed on a different zone than approved plans show, restroom smoke alarms report as office smoke zone 1, provide resubmittals reflecting correct zoning, phone lines, battery, smoke at panel, restroom smoke tested okay, no other items tested at this time.
