SFP LL BUILDING #2 * To construct install approximately 450'-0" of 8" C-900 PVC for a new 29,370-ft/2, one story, concrete tilt-up shell office/warehouse, into a 140-ft/2 fire riser/electrical room constructed at the east end of the building. The connection will be made with a 6" x 8" bell reducer at a fire service tap at the property line in S. T.K. Avenue. The riser through the floor will be 8" Ductile Iron with a 8" x 13.5" M.J. Adapter, approximately 6" above the finished floor. This is fire sprinklers for a non occupancy shell permit. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
