Correction notice left with Carolyn Mauer that all FIR permits to be finaled by 5-23-2006 or the school will be shutdown. I called Ken at AEI, Brad at SimplexGrinnell and left a message for Randy at DeBest about their permits needing finaled. I also contacted Dave Hanniman about what is going on.

Fire Sprinklers not activated. Could not verify flow or tampers. A PIV has been added, not included on the plans, nor was it connected to the FAS. 8 classrooms had insufficient visual coverage based on location in the room. (marked on plans). Resubmittal will be required prior to finaling the permit.

Tested all pull stations and smoke, remainder of notification is acceptable.
