BED BATH & BEYOND RETAIL STORE * To install approximately 113' of 8" C-900 PVC, from an existing 8" key gate valve located on the south side, running north into the south west corner of the new building. The supply riser will be 8" Class 50, Ductile Iron with an 8" x 13½" M.J. Adapter located approximately 6" above the finished grade, in a new 28,000-ft/2 square foot, one story with mezzanine, masonry and steel framed retail store. This building will be fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area. Overhead system will be permitted separately. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
