(ALBERTSONS CDC - PHASE 4)(SHORELINE TECH CENTER - WEST SIDE) The fire alarm scope of work is to provide monitoring of the kitchen hood suppression system by the existing fire alarm system. The associated building permit, BLD05-01181, is for the minor remodel to the kitchen/cafeteria area in existing 71,508 sq. ft. tenant space and to construct a residential type test/demonstration kitchen for grocery store food products within the space. Work to include some minor interior demolition work, some new interior walls, installation of some Type II hoods, installation of new equipment and cabinets/counters, new walk-in cooler and freezer, interior finish, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. The kitchen in the cafeteria area has an existing Type I hood that will have the suppression system upgraded. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. This building is located in the flood plain. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. JCB
