1. This first floor tenants fire sprinklers installing, existing head layout, etc., is not the same fire sprinklers and layout verified and approved in the original (ongoing FIR05-00372) shell permit. Provide a design that is compatible with the approved original shell or provide reverification of a design incorporating in this tenant space. (IFC 105.4.2, BMC 7-01-50 IFC 901.2)

2. Correct all compass reading on the plan that are incorrect, to help clarify the correct location of tenant work. (IFC 105.4.2, BMC 7-01-50 IFC 901.2)

3. Any hanger attaching to the pad deck in this tenant will require metal and concrete, not just metal decking. Revise hanger to match correct listed attachments. (IFC 105.4.2, BMC 7-01-50 IFC 901.2)
