ST LUKES- CENTRAL TOWER-EAST TOWER - 5TH FL-EPILEPSY TREATMENT * This is a limited scope of work permit addressed in the following. To relocate 3 existing SSP heads for a new 235-ft/2 Tech Work Room for Epilepsy Treatment / Monitoring, located across from public elevators on the 5th floor. This work is associated with a new suspended ceiling grid system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-01624.
