One head in the mechanical room is blocked by close proximity to a unistrut support, the hose stations are not installed at this time, heads on the branch lines at exterior covered canopies need minor adjustment with respect to the deflector orientation and pitch of roof, the FDC is poorly located (partially obstructed by adjacent stairs, handrails, and door when in the open position) see review notes for comments and NFPA 13 8.16.2.4.6, IFC 508.5.4, IFC 903.3.7 for requirements.
