(BALDY'S PIZZA - THE MODE BLDG - 1ST STORY) To install one pendant sprinkler form an existing outlet for the remodel an existing 674-ft/2 coffee shop for a new restaurant tenant, located on the 1st story of an existing 3 story building. Fire sprinkler work is related to a new Type II hood duct. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-01600.
