Description	To provide total notification and HVAC shutdown in the TI space located on the second floor (Area 1 on the plans). This permit shall not be finaled until the shell and core Building Permit (BLD04-01323) and the Fire Alarm Permit (FIR05-00075) has been satisfactorily inspected and "finaled" by the PDS Fire inspector. The existing required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, elevator recall/shutdown, cooking hood monitoring and notification throughout. The associated building permit (BLD 05-02024) is to create a 2,520 square foot office tenant space located on the 2nd floor of BODO Building #4 (Northeast corner). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, millwork, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
