The first floor is 4,346 sq.ft. which 2,912 sq.ft. is for the garages, the second floor is 4,440 sq.ft. and the third floor is 4,440 sq.ft. Per state elevator requirements, the top of shaft will require a heat detector, need to test elevator lobby SD 3rd floor north and smoke and heat in top of shaft, outside bell repaired while on site, panel, sprinkler, notification, alarm, supervision, trouble and EOL tested okay, provide signal verification as discussed, provide as-builts and updated map at next inspection, provide signage at the door to the FACP.
