Description	CLEARWIRE * To add and relocate sprinklers to accommodate the new tenant walls. The building scope of work is to remodel an existing 5964-ft/2 tenant space for a new retail tenant per approved plans. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition of interior nonbearing partitions, new ceilings for the relocation of the restrooms, construction of new interior partitions, to create sales room, breakroom, storage area, office area and small conference room. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02155.

See approved drawings for pendant that needs added as shown on plans, insulation is causing obstructions to the upright sprinkler heads in many locations. Do not install ceiling tile untill re-inspection. Remove wire from sprinkler piping at location shown on plans. Drawings as submitted state ordinary hazard II occupancy. No room names or occupancys are shown on the plans. Pendant heads along south wall in smaller rooms are overspaced. Resubmit plans with spacing and occupancy changes or install per plans. Plans state 120 sq. ft. max. Repair the fire alarm panel. There are currently two troubles on panel.
