St Al's Family Maternity Ctr - To install approximately 110' of C-900 CPVC underground with one 45 ell and one 90 ell and a yard PIV; and one MJ 90 ell and C-50 DI stub up through floor with 2" of insulation at collar. The inside riser cannot be located within the 2-hour rated stair enclosure. Per the architect for the TIN permit BLD05-01063, they will be submitting plans within the next couple of days, showing the riser to be separated from the stairwell with a 1-hour rated enclosure having an exterior door. This approval for the underground stub up location is contingent upon receipt and approval of those plans. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002, AWWA, the IFC-2003. No written review comments; final approval subject to plan annotations and satisfactory inspection by PDS/Fire.
