MICRON B15 - INSTALL QUARTZ CLEAN PASS THROUGH (C8641) - To install 1 SSP fire sprinkler in a new one-hour fire rated door assembly on holdopens for a new pass-thru quartz cabinet being installed in a one-hour fire barrier wall located on the first floor of Building #15 between Service Corridor #1500 and Corridor #100M at grid lines #2 and #J, for H-5 occupancy use for semiconductor fabrication and comparable research and development areas in which hazardous chemicals may be used, stored, and handled and containing what is defined as cleanrooms or clean zone, or both. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permitted work scope is attached to BLD05-02020.
