The existing required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown, door release, fire/smoke damper control, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout. The associated building permit (BLD 05-01469) is to create a new 4,324 square foot retail sales tenant space within a new 135,950 square foot building. This space is located on the 1st story, near the Southwest corner. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, millwork, suspended ceilings, and finishes. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, plan review report, and all applicable codes and ordinances.
