BENNION RESIDENCE * To install a life safety NFPA 13D system in a new four bedroom, two and three quarter bathroom 3867-ft/2 single story single family dwelling (2663-ft/2 first floor/1204-ft/2 Finished Basement) with the installation of a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along the common walls attached to the attached 845-ft/2 three car garage and the living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. CORRECTIONS REQUIRED
1. Water supply certificate is not starting at the residential meter but at the supply connection! Revise calcs and plans that reflect complete and correct designs, (this means the piping from the supply tap to the meter will be addressed).

2. Provide a final sprinkler head analysis sheet with every calculation. This sheet shall be like all others Shilo has previously submitted. (No exceptions). (BMC 7-01-50-901.2, IFC 105.4.2)

3. Manufacturer data submittals shall be included for all listed devises installing Provide manufactures data submittals addressing the correct size and type backflow installing. (BMC 7-01-50-901.2, IFC 105.4.2)

4. The domestic control shall be connected upstream of the fire sprinkler take-off, (no exceptions). Revise and resubmit. (NFPA 13D:A.6.2[a], A.6.3[a])

5. The Standard Response, 5.0 K-factor pendant sprinkler installing in the sauna will not be allowed in this residential facility. Provide a Quick Response or a Fast-Response, 4.2 K-factor sprinkler. (NFPA 13D-7.5.1)
