The club house branchline piping located below the hard lids but above the lay ceiling passed. Prior to cover the armovers will need to be inspected. I notified the sprinkler contractor that the fireplace area and the stairwells will need to be opened up for verification that the combustible areas have met the exceptions as stated in NFPA 13 for areas not requiring sprinklers. Another potential problem are the combustible eave pockets.

Fourth floor sprinkler piping is ok to cover. Some sidewall sprinkler heads are real close to being out of code compliance in regards to deflector distance from the ceiling, especially the heads in the mechanical closets in each room.
