To provide a duct smoke detector for HVAC shutdown in the new TI space. The existing required sprinkler monitoring includes HVAC shutdown. The shell and core was completed under the County. Since that time, the area has been annexed. The PDS Fire Inspector shall field verify the shell/core system (two flows, two tampers, smoke over the panel and a manual pull station, all located in the riser room) is functional.

11/3/2005 - Received revised plans that indicate a new location for the RTU and associated duct smoke detector. See comment #6 for revised duct detector part #.

The associated building permit (BLD 05-02318) is to construct a new 4,685 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant in vacant shell space in an existing 32,340 sq. ft. building per approved plans on file. Work to include new interior walls, new interior doors and some sidelights, an interior window, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, two new accessible restrooms, some chainlink fencing with gates in warehouse area, fire sprinkler work, new mechanical including equipment, new plumbing, and new electrical work. No steel storage racking exceeding 8' in height allowed in the space under this permit. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. JCB (ADT)
