1. Plans and calculations do not correlate and plans are lacking. Designer shall read NFPA 13-14.1.3 and provide all that applies. Specifically paragraphs #6, 7, 18, 21, 22, 23, 28, 30, 31, 32, 38, 41, etc., etc.

2. Construction information is lacking (which includes reference in item #1 above with NFPA 13-14.1.3[38]). Read NFPA 13-9.3.2*, which includes requirements of 9.3.4* for "frangible" walls, etc. The other issue is wall and opening construction protection meeting requirements of NFPA 13:11.1.1, 11.2.3.1.1 Table 11.2.3.1.1 "Duration" (minutes) with corresponding hazard in 11.2.3.3.5. This must be reflected for all rooms. Designer shall verify and include system piping design incorporating minimum installation code requirements on the plans.

3. Provide information addressed and regarding NFPA 13-8.2.1 on the plan.

4. Plan design/engineering is incomplete. Attachments to the bottom of TJI's have attachment requirements and limits for "screws" and "coach screw rods" which will be addressed on the plans. 3/8" coach screw rods in joist flanges exceeding 1¾" width only. Penetration of 3/8" requires a ¼" pilot hole drilled ½" maximum off center for flanges that are >2" and ¼" flanges that are <2". The designer shall apply correct manufacturer installation instructions on the plans when attaching ferrous hardware and fasteners to a manufactured truss or joist. These structural supports are manufactured in accordance with "National Design Specifications for Wood Construction", and have published corresponding limits for attachments of each, for recognized ferrous hardware and fastener addressed in NFPA 13.

5. Occupancy use and plan information is lacking (also addressed in #1 above with NFPA 13-14.1.3[7]). The word "Storage" is found on the plan and shall be addressed by Commodity Classification relating to height and storage system proposed by the tenant. Reference IFC Section 2302 "High-Piled Combustible Storage" (definition), and NFPA 13 Table 12.1.10.1.1. Commodities classifications can be found both in NFPA 13 and the IFC.

6. Calculation design is flawed. Calculations provided (which were not completely verified under this review) show heads #101, 102, 106, 107, 109, 110, and 111 are all operating under the required minimum operating pressure and gpm/ft/2 for a spacing design of 120 ft/2 as indicated.

7. It would appear the pipe installing will be trapped? Read and apply NFPA 13-8.15.2.5 requirements on the plans.
