MICRON BUILDING #80, PROCESS BAY - (C8846) - To relocate 2 existing SSP's and add 2 new SSP's for the remodel of a process bay which will have approximately 40 lineal feet of 2" clean room wall installed to create a new room within Veeco Wet Bay #105H for enclosing a specialized tool. This work is located on the first floor of building #80 between grid lines #6 and #E.6&F.2 (Northwest side). This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permitted work scope is attached to BLD05-02737.
