(ADT) To construct a relocate and add fire sprinklers in a vacant shell space for a new 4,685-ft/2 office/warehouse tenant in an existing 32,340-ft/2 building. Fire sprinkler is related to new interior walls and new suspended (10'-0") ceilings, with a conference room, a break room, an office, a showroom and 2 restrooms. Wall separating these rooms from the "warehouse" shall extend to the roof with 1 hour minimum separation. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
