To provide a fire sprinkler riser monitoring system in a newly remodeled building. The required manual fire alarm system includes HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, door release and notification throughout.
The associated building permit (BLD05-01455) is to remodel an existing 7,013 square foot retail sales building (6,015 square foot ground floor and 998 square foot mezzanine) for a new retail jewelry store. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, exterior windows, exterior insulation and finish system, exterior architectural pilasters and bulkheads with sloped metal roofing, concrete footings, masonry foundations, extended parapets, suspended ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes.
