There is no cooking of the donuts in this space. The donuts are cooked offsite and delivered to the space. Fire sprinkler work is related to a new accessible restroom. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
