Description	(ST LUKES-WEST WING)(THIRD FLOOR REMODEL-PHASE B) To add new Q.R. SSP's and replace existing SSU's (shell) to new Q.R. SSP's throughout the remodel a 5,438-ft/2 area located on the south end of the floor for outpatient rooms and offices. Also to relocate an existing 6" standpipe main feeding the rooftop hose connection out of an HVAC shaft. Interior demolition performed under BLD01-01682, of which fire sprinkler permitted work was performed under FIR05-00043 connected to BLD00-02394 (a Seismic Upgrade). This fire sprinkler work is related to include the construction of interior (non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive) walls, to create exam rooms; testing rooms; work rooms and conference / break room in conjunction with medical offices in the main hospital. This building is fully sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-01631.
