Description	(WFS FINANCIAL - 2ND STORY) To add new pendant fire sprinklers in the creation of a 3,986-ft/2 office tenant space on the 2nd floor of an existing 2 story building. The fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and new suspended ceiling systems. This building is fire sprinklered to allow all exit stairways from the 2nd floor to be open and to allow nonrated corridors. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02426.

Could not give final inspection a pass due to missing ceiling tile, pendants overspaced in the southend break room and the wrong heads being installed. I spoke to Bruce and told him to get a submittal in that shows the head legend changed and include a new data sheet. Piping can be covered.
