Fire alarm system must be extended into the B and S1 areas because the separation requriement is 3 hours (S1 to A) with fire sprinkler reduction of 1 hour, a 2 hours wall is required. Only a 1 hour wall is being constructed. Horn/strobes are acceptable in the B and S1 areas.
