Description
(COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL - BODO BLDG #7 - 3RD STORY) This building is fire sprinklered for fire area and to allow the multi-theater complex. To relocate and add for sprinklers for the construction of a 10,130-ft/2 office tenant space located on the 3rd story of "BODO Building #7". The building shell was constructed under permit BLD04-01324 and fire sprinklers installed under FIR05-00372 (uncompleted to date). Fire sprinkler work is related to 2 restrooms, new interior nonbearing walls and new suspended ceilings. All fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02358.
