(LULU'S PIZZA) To remove and plug 4 existing and add 1 HSW under a new role-up (type) window wall for the remodel of an existing 1066-ft/2 for a new tenant. Fire sprinkler work is related to the removal of an existing nonbearing wall to expand the tenant space an additional 371-ft/2, to a total of 1437-ft/2, the removal of 10-ft/2 portion of the existing CMU wall and installation of the new roll up window wall for outside seating. This space was formerly occupied by "Foodies & Fermenters". This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
