DEMO PERMIT ONLY (ADECCO)(FRONT 5 BUILDING) This is a demolition permit only for piping under a stair, located in Suite 104, west stairs in a 2,210-ft/2 office tenant on the first floor in an existing building. The proposed work will separate out the 750-ft/2 upper level from this first floor space and a separate permit will be required for any installation work. The stairs is getting relocated to the upper level towards the south exterior wall. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
