Description	To provide a required manual fire alarm system in the entire building (less spaces that are unoccupied at this time) which includes elevator recall/shutdown, HVAC shutdown, sprinkler monitoring and total notification. The TI space has four (4) duct smoke detectors for HVAC shutdown on the second floor The associated building permit (BLD 05-02426) is to create a 3,986 square foot office tenant space on the 2nd floor of an existing 2 story building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CJW (WFS FINANCIAL - 2ND STORY) This building is fire sprinklered to allow all exit stairways from the 2nd floor to be open and to allow nonrated corridors.

15/75 strobes are being used which leaves alot of spacing issues. Also in the second floor corridor elevation changes block visuals. One additional stobe will need to be added as discussed. Sound levels are ok. Duct detectors are ok.
