To provide sprinkler modifications for a minor interior remodel. The building scope of work is to remodel to a portion of the existing office area and a portion of the existing showroom area in an existing 52,850 sq. ft. building per approved plans. Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, some new interior walls, relocating some interior doors, some interior finish, some suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into the City of Boise. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
