(ADECCO-FRONT 5 BUILDING) To add three SSP's in the remodel of a 2,210-ft/2 office tenant on the second floor, within an existing building created under a building core renovation BLD04-01386. This building remodel will separate out the 750-ft/2 upper level from this first floor space. A separate building permit will be required for any tenant to occupy that upper floor area. This fire sprinkler work is related to the new floor infill and interior walls where the former stair opening was which was relocated towards the south exterior wall. Other building addresses in this building are 501 W. Front Street, 519 W. Front Street, and 500 W. Broad Street. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
