This is a sprinkler monitoring system. The eight (8) HVAC duct detectors and remote LEDS were tested and inspected by Boise city on the shell and core permit (FIR03-00348). A drop ceiling is being installed for the tenant improvement and the remote LEDS need to be relocated from the units to the ceiling tiles. The duct detectors are a supervisory signal, therefore they do not impact Fire Department response. The PDS Fire Inspector to field verify total visual coverage. Provide revised building map to PDS Fire Inspector with the architectural changes at time of inspection.
The associated building permit (BLD05-01935) is to construct a 12,368 sq.ft. office tenant which will occupy the entire new shell building per approved plans. Construction to consist of interior non-bearing partitions of steel stud and gyp board with new non-rated suspended ceiling with associated plumbing fixtures, new electrical outlets and fixtures with modifications to the existing mechanical for finish. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area. Installation of fire sprinklers as regulated by Boise Fire Dept. and N.F.P.A. 13. (CENTURY 21)
