Submittals Of The Following Items Are Required:
1. Prior to addressing this facilities additions fire protection system, the designer must provide a current High Piled Combustible Storage form filled out, addressing all aspects of this projects proposed occupancy use, relating to the commodities stored, etc. Please reference IFC 2301.3.

Forms may be obtained on the web site at:
http://www.cityofboise.org/pds/applications/Fire/High_Piled.pdf
and I have also attached one to this return.

2. Provide the existing warehouse approved Calculation Design Cover Sheets (all applicable) and the original water supply information those designs were calculated with (including Fire Booster Pump rating).
This information is required to verify current water supply information (differences) and the need for fire hydrant flow meeting the requirements of IFC B105.2.
NOTE A: The required fire flow for the sprinklered, structure with the 50% reduction allowed for sprinklers is 4000 gpm; the available flow is only 2750 gpm. A letter from the architect, requesting exemption from this requirement, was included with the permit application and has been forwarded to the Fire Marshal for consideration. The required fire flow must be met unless an acceptable alternative is approved by the Chief.
NOTE B: One acceptable solution would be an on-site storage tank with a 4-hour flow capacity; which would be 960,000 gallon capacity.

No Further Review can be made without the above information available.
