This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. 01/26/07 Modified Scope of Work As-Built:
These plans were modified to include additional sprinkler protection where required along a new demising wall, Showroom Entry and below the new mezzanine. The fire sprinkler riser was modified to include the addition of a 4" Back Flow Prevention device. A forward flow assembly was also installed. New calculations have been submitted to support the riser / supply modifications.

Talked to John Venche (designer) requesting information starting with the basics:
1. Where is the riser actually located and the dry and wet mains appear connected?
2. Dry system capacity not provided.
3. Why was the system design areas verified with different water supply information (document)?
4. Why is a portion of the building system that is inside of this building, on the dry system?
