The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00317. 01/26/07 Modified Scope of Work As-Built: These plans were modified to include additional sprinkler protection where required along a new demising wall, Showroom Entry and below the new mezzanine. The fire sprinkler riser was modified to include the addition of a 4" Back Flow Prevention device. A forward flow assembly was also installed. New calculations have been submitted to support the riser / supply modifications.

2. Dry system capacity not provided.
3. Why was the system design areas verified with different water supply information (document)?
