The associated building permit (BLD05-02735) is to remodel a 3837 sq ft tenant space for a new warehouse office tenant. Work to include, construction of new interior nonbearing partitions, construction of two new accessible restrooms, installation of a suspended ceiling system and related lighting, installation of a new HVAC System, and miscellaneous related interior finishes. A separate permit will be required for any storage racking over eight feet high. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
