(IDAHO SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL) To add 47 new sprinkler heads in the remodeled area of the building. The building scope of work is to remodel an existing 17,175 sq.ft. warehouse, production shops & fabrication facility for making of the stage props and scenery, costumes, general offices and laundry area. Work to include remodel to divide up production activities, installation of partial HVAC systems, new lighting, construct 2 new accessible restrooms and install new accessible ramp and landing on the east side of building per approved plans. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered with an one site water storage pond and the sprinkler system is used for area increase.
The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-03034.
