C2 ENTERPRISES (UNDERGROUND) * - To install approximately 310'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC, connected in Victory View. The supply runs approximately 155'-0" north, then west approximately 15'-0" to a location 21'-2" east of the north end of the structure, then south under the footing and up through the floor approximately 6" with 6" Ductile Iron with an M.J. adapter. This fire service supply line is feeding fire water to a new 12,941-ft/2 one story Type V-B fully fire sprinkled office retail shell building with three tenant spaces of 1944-ft/2, 1944-ft/2 and 9053-ft/2 respectfully. Fire sprinklers will be used for area. The 9,053-ft/2 tenant space is permitted under BLD05-02759. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-02758.
