Description	To provide total notification and two duct detectors for HVAC in the remodeled area on the second floor. The fire alarm application states this space to be "phased", no EOLs for phasing are indicated on the plans or riser. Therefore, the PDS Fire Inspector shall field verify phase I based on the red-lines presented on the approved plans at time of inspection. A building map shall be provided fore Phase I then revised when Phase II is completed. 2/23/2006 - Plan Modification. The NAC circuits were revised to a four wire appliance to accommodate synchronization with the existing audibility in the building. 3/25/2006 - Plan Modification. Two additional duct smoke detectors are added in rooms 208 and 210. The building permit BLD05-02634 is to remodel and expand an existing medical office space from 1,141 sq.ft. to 2,433 sq.ft. To perform selective interior demolition. To construct interior walls to relocate the reception / waiting area, to add a new dr. office several new exam rooms and support areas. A work shall be done in compliance with Type 1A construction, maintaining all existing fire-resistive systems and the existing 1-hour exit corridor between the existing two stair enclosures. Ther is an existing unisex restroom in this space and two existing common use restrooms in the common area. This building is fully sprinklered.
