(COLTRIN CENTRAL VACUUM)(COLTRIN BLDG) This building is constructed for Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.1. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and story increase. To add and relocate fire sprinklers in a new 4,000-ft/2 office tenant with some storage in a vacant first floor area of an existing two story 18,490-ft/2 shell building that was constructed under BLD04-02020. This fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls, new gypsum board ceilings and soffit work, some new suspended ceiling work, the creation of two new restrooms, per plans which may include red-lined notes, attached plan review conditions, regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. Shell and underground supply fire protection work (Overhead FIR05-00312 and Underground FIR05-00222), must be finaled prior to this permits acceptance. This permit is attached to BLD05-03008.

Insulation backing is still laying on some of the heads in the east wing and the dry system piping in the second floor area has been covered without re-inspection. Backing needs fixed and the second floor backing removed so the piping can be inspected. "Do Not Cover" sticker was placed at the door.
