Other work includes interior remodeling in the existing warehouse and office areas, all site improvements, paving and landscaping per approved plans and DRH05-00025. Fire sprinklers are used for the unlimited area. This building must maintain 60 foot open yards on all sides. High piled storage requirements are in accordance with the International Fire Code. 7 AHU duct smoke detectors tested okay, 2 AHU detectors are not installed at this time, a ceiling will be required at the riser/FACP room which will require relocation and testing of the SD at the panel, need to test flow switches at the main riser (contractor unable to flow water at this time), tamper switch at antifreeze system point #6 needs adjustment, need to test low air and the WPI tamper at south riser as contractor had not made preparation to do so, provide signage at the door to the FACP.
